Q: How can my company corporate match my donation?
Many employers offer corporate matching gift programs, which can double or even triple your donation to our school at no additional cost to you.
If you're not sure whether your company participates, here's how to find out:
Check your company's HR or benefits portal
Search "[Company Name] + matching gifts"
Or email your HR team directly (template below):
I'm planning to make a charitable donation and wanted to check whether [Company Name] offers a corporate matching gift program. If so, could you let me know whether my donation would be eligible for matching, if there are any guidelines or limits, and how to submit a matching request.
Q: Is the rooftop outdoors?
A: The event will take place in the enclosed rooftop space, with access to outdoor areas, weather permitting.
Q: When will we know what's included in the auction?
A: The live auction preview will be available starting April 1st. The silent auction will open in mid-March. Details to be shared soon!
Q: I'm not sure about my attire. Can you explain the theme a bit more?
A: Channel your inner Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte, or Samantha - from rooftop romance to after-dark glam. Manhattan cocktail attire encouraged.
Q: Still not sure what to wear. Is there inspiration I can look at?
A: Yes. You can explore our Pinterest mood board here. That said, don't overthink it. A little black dress or a button-down and tailored slacks are always on point. We're most excited about your presence and support.
Q: Can I invite friends who aren't Montclare parents?
A: Due to limited capacity, tickets are reserved for current Montclare parents only.
Q: I can't attend but would still love to contribute. What are my options?
A: There are many ways to support the Scholarship Benefit. You can donate an item or experience to the silent auction, contribute to the wine pull or raffle, or purchase a teacher ticket.
Q: Are tickets refundable?
A: Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another current Montclare parent if you're unable to attend. Please reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Q: Is this event adults only?
A: Yes. This is an adults-only evening.
Q: Will food and drinks be provided?
A: Yes. The evening includes cocktails and light passed bites. If you have any dietary restrictions, please email [email protected].
Q: Is the Scholarship Benefit tax-deductible?
A: A portion of each ticket is tax-deductible.
