Raise Funds for Camperships and Keep Camp Affordable for All!

Each year Cross Trails Ministry gives thousands in discounts and financial aid Camperships so that camp is affordable for most families. The Gift of Faith Gala helps raise funds to make this possible.

Don't let anyone miss out on camp because of the cost!

Our goal this year is to raise $90,000 in tickets, sponsorships, the auctions, and more!

Ways To Participate

If you are not able to attend, Register to Participate: Everyone is welcome to participate online! You can bid on items, purchase an item from the wishing wall, buy raffle tickets, set a maximum bid by proxy for the live auction and donate from home by registering for free.

Become a Sponsor: Event sponsorships help us to cover the overhead expenses of the event. They are a wonderful way for you, your business, or your congregation, to contribute greatly to the Gala's success. Our grateful thanks will be shared at the Gala, in the Gala program, and in our post gala news releases. Those who wish to remain anonymous will also be honored as such.

Become a Donor: We are collecting items for this year's event and you can help with the gala's success by donating items to the auctions or to the wine & liquor pull. We are looking for items or experiences of $50 or more for our auctions. For more information about donating an item please email [email protected].

Purchase a Ticket: We would love for you to join us in person in New Braunfels. Purchase a ticket to attend this year's event! Ticket sales end February 23rd. If you plan to attend, there are a limited number of rooms part of a room block for this event. Contact The Courtyard by Marriott by calling 830-626-4700. The room block rate is available till February 1st or until all rooms are booked.

Purchase a Raffle Ticket: This year's raffle prize is a custom metal entryway sign measuring approximately 4' x 3'. The winner will have the opportunity to personalize the sign with a last name or phrase of their choice. Popular options include "The Smiths, Est. 2010" or "Welcome to Our Home." Raffle ticket sales end at 7pm on March 7th in preparation for the drawing at 7:30pm.

Your individual fundraising page allows you to share your story, set a goal, and raise funds!

It costs about $1000 for a camper to attend a week of summer camp. Thankfully, we are able to subsidize that cost and campers only pay about 70% of that $1000 before receiving additional discounts or requesting camperships. This gala and your commitment to helping us raise funds allows us to continue to send campers to camp at this reduced cost.
