On Tuesday, July 14, Skidmore College will host our Palamountain Summer Benefit on the picturesque grounds and gardens of the Surrey-Williamson Inn on North Broadway. This annual event brings our community together to raise essential funds for need-based student scholarships - ensuring that outstanding students can attend Skidmore regardless of financial means.

The Summer Benefit has a proud history. In 1979, Anne Palamountain, wife of Skidmore's fourth president, Joseph Palamountain, founded what is now this cherished tradition to support students with financial need. Her vision and dedication have made it possible for hundreds of students to access a Skidmore education, and her legacy continues through the generosity of partners like you.
