We invite you to join us at The Pavilion at The Angus Barn for Toast: Heart of Possibilities. Guided by our new three-year strategic plan, this year's event will highlight TLC's commitment to creating a more inclusive future where individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD) have the opportunity to thrive. We know this happens when families lead the way, and TLC helps possibilities take shape. Your support of TLC at Toast helps us unlock unlimited possibilities for the individuals and families we serve, strengthening our leadership in providing quality, disability services across North Carolina.

Our goal is to raise $270,000 to sustain TLC's new and existing programs - therapies, early interventions, and home-based supports; community homes and a day program; and care navigation and family support. The night will include a delicious three-course, Angus Barn dinner with wine pairings, live and silent auctions, a donation appeal, and inspiring stories from our TLC families and community.

Thank you for helping us empower possibilities with every family we serve!

About Us

TLC was founded in 1969 by parents determined to improve local options for children with developmental disabilities. Originally known as the Tammy Lynn Center, the organization has grown into one of the most comprehensive and trusted service providers in North Carolina for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).

TLC's continuum of care spans every stage of life-helping children, adults, and families through early intervention, autism therapies, residential living, and community-based supports. With a data-driven approach and a team deeply rooted in compassion, TLC continues to lead innovation in disability care.

From its new Residents Village to the Career Pathways program training the next generation of Direct Support Professionals, TLC is building a future where every person-regardless of ability-has the chance to live with dignity, purpose, and connection.
