2026 RAFV Queen of Hearts

Contributions to RPAC are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amounts indicated are merely guidelines and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amounts. The National Association of REALTORS and its state and local associations will not favor or disadvantage any member because of the amount contributed or decision not to contribute. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. Up to thirty percent (30%) may be sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a. A copy of our report filed with the State Board of Elections is (or will be) available on the Board's official website or for purchase from the State Board of Elections, Springfield, Illinois. Except as may be required by state or federal law, the Illinois REALTORS PAC (Illinois RPAC) is not required to refund political contributions. However, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis so long as they are received within 30 days of the contribution.
 

2026 QUEEN OF HEARTS GAME RULES

The Queen of Hearts board will consist of 54 cards in the playing deck, sealed and placed randomly on the board by the manufacturer - Ace-King of each suit (hearts, diamonds, clubs and spades) + two Jokers.

Tickets may be purchased by REALTOR and Business Partner (Affiliate) members of any local REALTOR association. Tickets CANNOT be purchased by the general public. All tickets must be purchased online.

Each person must create a unique registration (username + password) to purchase Queen of Hearts tickets; M1 number is required when registering. Tickets are $5 each. When purchasing a ticket, each entrant will select a number (1 - 54) for each ticket purchased. Any ticket number can be purchased an unlimited number of times each week, provided the number has not previously been selected. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Tickets will be purged after each drawing. New tickets must be purchased to participate in each week's drawing

When a ticket is selected, the corresponding numbered card will be unsealed:

If the unsealed card is a Joker, the winner will receive $100

If the unsealed card is the Queen of Hearts, the winner will receive 100% of the eligible progressive pot at the time of drawing or $200, whichever is greater

Eligible progressive pot is 33% of total sales less any Joker winnings ($100)

If a Joker is drawn, the game will continue with the current board

The pot is progressive and will roll over each week until the Queen of Hearts is drawn

If the Queen of Hearts is not drawn on or before 4/9/26, a drawdown will be held after the 4/9 drawing

Weekly Queen of Hearts Drawing to be held on each Thursday at 1:00PM Central time. Ticket sales for weekly drawing will end at 10:00AM Central each Thursday for that week; any ticket sales after 10:00AM will move to the following week's drawing. Weekly drawing can be watched on RAFV Private Facebook page. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. Winning prize will be paid by check.

All proceeds benefit RPAC; RPAC raffle ticket purchases do not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and choosing to participate in the raffle, each raffle participant agrees to the RAFV's random selection process for each drawing. RAFV reserves the right to amend these official rules, including drawing date, upon five (5) days' notice provided pursuant to an update on the RAFV website or otherwise communicated. These official rules cannot be changed by any oral statement made by any person acting on behalf of RAFV. By entering the raffle, each raffle participant accepts and agrees that RAFV may use the raffle participant's name, photograph, likeness, statements or voice for promotional purposes in all forms of media, now or hereafter known, in perpetuity, without review, permission or further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By purchasing a ticket and choosing to participate in the raffle, each raffle participant acknowledges and agrees that RAFV has the right, in its sole discretion, to elect not to proceed with the raffle for any reason whatsoever or for no reason. In such an event, RAFV will conduct one final drawing (draw down) in which tickets will be drawn until the Queen of Hearts location is determined on the board.
