The UrbanGlass Gala is the organization's biggest fundraising night of the year, offering our community a moment to come together to celebrate the artists, programs, and supporters who have an impact on our community.
As the ONLY nonprofit in New York City dedicated to glass, UrbanGlass is an indispensable cultural organization and resource. Supporting our annual gala-and inviting your friends-helps ensure our studios, resources, programs, exhibitions, and publications remain accessible to all. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
A Gala Unlike Any Other!
This year, we are inviting guests to spend the full evening upstairs in our 17,000 square foot professional glassmaking studios. Hidden away on the 3rd floor of 647 Fulton Street in the Downtown Brooklyn Arts District, our studios are the heart of all that we do.
Guests are invited for a cocktail hour under the rainbow glow of neon starting at 6:00pm. At 7:30pm we will gather for a one-of-a-kind dinner in the glassblowing hot shop, catered by our friends at Cervo's. With the furnaces aglow, expect a gala dinner unlike any other -- one full of full of flames, smoke, and fanfare!
The evening continues with an honoree ceremony, raffle, call for support, and all-around-party featuring music, live glassmaking demos, delicious food & drink, and warm spirits for all!
We promise, this is a night not to be missed! We can't wait to see you there.
