Latino Commission on Aids Cielo Gala 2026
June 05, 2026 6:30 - 11:00 pm
Cipriani Wall Street | Event Venue, Wall Street, New York, NY, USA
On behalf of the Latino Commission on AIDS and the Hispanic Health Network, it is with great enthusiasm and a degree of urgency that we invite you to join us for the 2026 Cielo Gala to be held Friday, June 5, 2026, at Cipriani Wall Street.
Next year marks 40 years since the CDC first reported that HIV was disproportionately impacting Black and Hispanic/Latino communities. Four decades later, we are still facing these challenges - although Hispanic/Latine people represent only 19% of the U.S. population, they account for 31% of new HIV diagnoses and 26% people living with HIV. Cielo raises critical funds that fuels the Commission's efforts in response to the HIV and AIDS crisis in the Latine community and celebrates the organization's legacy and collective achievements with its partners and advocates. As we confront unpredictable funding cycles ahead, we need your help now more than ever, to make our Cielo Gala a resounding success! Your support will directly impact our capacity to address health inequities and advance our mission to end the HIV epidemic in the Latine community in the US and Puerto Rico.
