2025 Black Tie Gala

Experience an unforgettable evening at the 2025 Black Tie Gala!  

Join us in your finest evening attire and enjoy a night of exceptional dining, delightful company, and joyful celebration. This year's Black Tie theme provides the perfect backdrop for our Sacred Heart School community - friends, families, and supporters - to come together, have fun, and support our remarkable school. This adults-only event (21+) promises an evening you won't want to miss!

The evening features a catered dinner by the Hi-Lo Club of Lakefield, MN, and entertainment by MOJO Productions. Our live auction begins promptly at 8:00 PM, showcasing highly sought-after items available for in-person bidding, while the silent auction will be open the week prior and available for all to bid.

Tickets are $75 and include dinner, entertainment, auction access, and an open bar until 11:00 PM.

If you are unable to join us on November 8, you can still participate in the silent auction by clicking on "Register to Participate" above.

If you pay by credit card, we ask that you cover your transaction fee to ensure more money goes towards our mission. A credit card is required when registering, however, you are able (and we highly encourage you!) to pay by cash or check upon checkout when the event ends to avoid this fee.

Evening Events

5:30 - Social Hour

6:30 - Meal catered by Hi-Lo Club

8:00 - Live Auction

9:00 - DJ & Dancing

The proceeds from the 2025 Gala  will be used to enhance student safety through updated security measures, continue improvements in our library, and purchase new furniture for the school.

$100 raffle tickets are available for purchase by contacting Lisa at the school (712-262-6428) or Susie at the church (712-262-3047). There will be Ten - $250 winners, Five - $500 winners, and 1 $5,000 grand prize winner! Winners will be drawn on the evening of November 8 and you need not be present to win.

Bid

1. Access the campaign - Click the blue link within the Welcome text or personal link button from within the Welcome email.
2. Choose item - From our Home page, click "Items" , browse or use the dropdown menu to view categories, then select an item.
3. Choose amount - Use the pre-populated minimum bid or enter a higher amount.

Auto bid - Select AUTO BID, enter the highest amount you are willing to bid. The system will place minimum bids for you as needed until your designated amount.

4. Click Bid

ALL ONLINE BIDDING CLOSES AT 9:00 PM on November 8th.
