17th Annual BFN Trivia Night & Silent Auction!

Saturday March 28th, 2026

The Billiken Family Network is excited to celebrate the 17th Annual Trivia Night & Silent Auction! You are invited to an evening of trivia, hosted in the Saint Louis Room at Busch Student Center.

All funds raised will support BFN initiatives benefiting students, including:

Student well-being advocacy
Food security and hunger alleviation;
Promoting and fostering a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all students.

Tax-deductible gifts from cash donations on the registration form and sponsorships will support the Billiken Family Development Fund.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m., trivia begins at 7:00 p.m., and the event ends by 10:00 p.m.

There will be prizes for the Top Team and an award for Best Table Decorations!

Silent Auction goes LIVE March 23rd and closes March 28th at 8:30 pm.

The cashless bar will be offering beer and wine to purchase; soda, water, and popcorn are complimentary. Guests are welcome to bring their own food for the team.

50/50 will close at 8:00 p.m., the silent auction will close at 8:30 p.m., and Raffles will close at 9:00 p.m.

Reminder, this is a cashless event. All items can be bid on and purchased through this platform, including raffles, games, and signature drinks. 50/50 raffle winnings will be mailed to the winner via check after the event.

Silent Auction Item Pickup Information

Items won during the event on Saturday, March 28, 2026, may be picked up at the conclusion of the auction.

If you are unable to pick up your item during the event or if you are bidding from home, you/your Billiken can arrange a pick-up time at the Office of Parent & Family Engagement (OPFE). Winners must email [email protected] to schedule a pickup time during normal business hours.

All items must be collected by Friday, April 3, 2026. Any items not picked up by this date will be donated back to the Billiken Family Network. A valid photo ID is required to claim auction items. Items that include alcohol may only be claimed by individuals 21 years of age or older.

Saint Louis University and the Billiken Family Network are not responsible for sponsor-specific restrictions, expiration dates, or additional terms associated with auction items after purchase.
