This year our golf classic is a two day event of good food, wine and great golf. This fantastic event begins on Sunday, August 2 at the Capital Grille (1450 Larimer St., Denver). Our sponsor for the evening, Residential Systems invites you to a wine tasting with appetizers provided by the Capital Grille. Reservations are required, tickets for this golf kick-off event are $75. Then join us on Monday, August 3 at the Cherry Creek Country Club for a round of golf on one of Jack Nicklaus beautifully designed golf courses. You will be astonished at the amazing array of movement, water, landscaping, and 5 sets of tees with 3 sets of combination tees ranging from 4,981 to 7,450 yards. It will be a challenging yet enjoyable day of golf. The YMCA Golf Classic helps fund the work of the YMCA Community Programs Branch which serves at-risk teens and families in Manual High School in NE Denver. Their work in that community help students earn better grades and brighter futures, stabilize families with support and resources and improves the health and wellness of the entire community.
