2026 SHVP Annual Auction

Join us on April 18, 2026, for Sacred Heart School's annual dinner auction, Run for the Roses. This year's celebration will be a beautiful garden party you won't want to miss! It will include both a live and silent auction, as well as raffles and games. Sacred Heart Valley Park is the 7th largest parish in the St. Louis Archdiocese, with over 2,500 families in our parish community.

With over 300 guests anticipated to attend the dinner auction, this is our largest fundraiser of the year. Money raised from this event will fund technology, the fine arts, and educational programs for both students and teachers.

Auction Dress:  Dust off your Derby best-cocktail attire is encouraged, and fascinators are always in fashion!

Time: Doors open at 5:30pm with a cocktail hour and light appetizers

Dinner/Drinks: 3 Themed Food Stations (Mexican, BBQ and Italian); Open Bar

Transactions: All transactions will occur through GiveSmart. You will receive instructions closer to the event on how to register

Cannot Attend in Person: If you are unable to attend in person, there are still options for you to participate.  The silent auction and some raffles are open to those not attending in person.  You are also able to donate directly via the links below.

2026 Auction Schedule of Events 
 

5:30pm: Doors Open /Appetizers & Cocktails / Peruse Silent Auction & Raffles  

6:30pm: Welcome & Dinner (3 themed stations - BBQ, Mexican, and Italian)

7:00pm: Loser's Bingo with Vincent's Jewelers

7:30pm: Live Auction Begins / Loser's Bingo / Raffles & Premium Auction Close

**Silent Auction Closes Shortly After Fund-A-Need

Check-out & Pick-Up of items after 10pm or at end of live auction, whichever is later

Donations:  The auction's success hinges on the availability of items to be auctioned.  The auction committee welcomes any new item donations (small value, large value, alcohol, experiences, tickets, individual items, full baskets, gift cards, etc.) 

There are multiple ways you can donate to the auction:

1.  Drop off an item at the Parish Office / School office

2.  Contact the auction committee chairs

3.  Ship an item to the parish office or buy directly from the Amazon Wishlist which will ship to the parish office
