Join Ayurvedic chef and food healer Ryann Morris for a nourishing, seasonal brunch that celebrates real food, vibrant flavor, and deep, feel-good digestion.

The morning will start in the Art Room, where Ryann will lead a live demo of her creamy, spiced Sweet Potato Smoothie, a crowd-favorite rich in antioxidants and naturally supportive of digestion and mood.

Then, we'll move to The Lunchbox for a buffet-style brunch, featuring a vegetarian, gluten-free menu that is designed to support energy, balance, and ease in the body, rooted in Ayurvedic principles and elevated through fresh, plant-forward ingredients. (Please note that this menu is subject to change due to ingredient availability.)
