This year's Gala happening on Thursday, May 7, 2026, is an evening of celebration, connection, and possibility, bringing together more than 300 community leaders, board members, staff, donors, and families who believe in the power of nurturing growth and empowering potential.

For more than 70 years, May Institute has walked alongside autistic individuals and those with other developmental disabilities and families with compassion, expertise, and unwavering commitment. Every day, we see what is possible when care is personalized, progress is recognized, and potential is nurtured.

This special evening honors the journeys, achievements, and breakthroughs made possible through your generosity. Together, we will reflect on lives transformed, milestones reached, and futures made brighter through evidence-based care, innovation, and partnership.

We are also proud to honor Paul Pawlowski with this year's President's Award, recognizing his outstanding commitment to advancing respectful awareness and meaningful support for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and other special needs. His leadership and dedication exemplify the values that guide our work and inspire our community.

Proceeds from the Gala ensure that individuals of all ages continue to receive the exceptional support they deserve-today, tomorrow, and for years to come.

Join us as we mark how far we've come-and the limitless possibilities ahead.
