Guests will have the opportunity to sample a delightful variety of dishes crafted from ingredients grown or foraged right here in the beautiful Hudson Valley. The JPF believes in the power of culinary education to improve lives, with self-confidence, better health, improved economic outcomes, and opportunities for employment. We support community kitchens that offer free life skills and culinary training to adults with high barriers to employment, including previous incarceration, homelessness, substance abuse issues, and lack of work history. Thanks to your generous support, and the continued growth of our Membership program, the JPF can continue to issue grants to organizations nationwide, expand our educational culinary video library, and cement Jacques Pepin's legacy as the greatest culinary educator of all time.
