BUSA Foundation Benefit

The BUSA Educational Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3), invites you to celebrate its Fifth Anniversary Benefit on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the heritage Stone Barn at Hermann Farm in Hermann, Missouri.

This unforgettable evening will feature signature cocktails, exclusive wines, and a multi-course dinner crafted by a collaborative team of chefs, led by Chef Bernie Lee of St. Louis' acclaimed restaurant Akar. Guests may also enjoy an optional premium wine pairing curated by Jason Main, owner of The Wine Merchant.

The benefit will be hosted by JiaMin and Michael Dierberg, alongside BUSA President Doug Frost, MS, MW. Guests will have the rare opportunity to bid on extraordinary wines from the private cellars of the hosts and Doug Frost himself. Proceeds will directly support BUSA's mission and fund U.S. Sommelier Champion Mark Guillaudeu, MS, as he and his supporting team prepare to represent the United States at the World Sommelier Championships in Lisbon, October 2026.

The setting of this year's benefit holds special significance. Hermann, once home to pioneering viticulturist George Husmann, is celebrated as one of America's most historic wine regions. Today, Hermann Farm honors that legacy as a landmark dedicated to preserving the region's pivotal role in shaping wine culture in both Missouri and Napa Valley.

This partnership aligns with Hermann Farm's mission to celebrate and preserve the region's rich history of winemaking and spirits production. Through supporting sommeliers, Hermann Farm continues its legacy of honoring the traditions of the past while fostering the future of wine culture.
