Grace-St. Luke's Anchor Auction 2026

EVENT DETAILS

The Online Auction will open on Tuesday, April 7 at 8 a.m. and close on Friday, April 10 at 9 p.m. 

The in-person event will be held at Loflin Yard, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. Last call at the bar is at 9:30 p.m., with the evening ending at 10 p.m. Some highlights of the evening:

• This year's theme is Under the Neon Moon! Attire for this event is "Cowboy Cocktail" - come dressed in your best country chic-look!
• Entertainment by The Neon Mooners
• Heavy appetizers provided by Loflin Yard
• Beer provided by Wiseacre Brewing Company
• Wine provided by Joe's Wines & Liquor
• Spirit and non-alcoholic drink tickets are available for purchase (credit cards ONLY) 
  
• Pile of Threads will be on site making custom chain-stitch embroidered bandanas for purchase. Guests can sign up for this experience and purchase via Venmo on site. This is available up to 100 GUESTS - this is a first-come, first-served experience! 

PARKING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Free street parking on W. Carolina Ave., Florida St., and surrounding blocks
• Paid parking at Central Station (a block away off S. Main)
• Uber*/Lyft, or carpool with friends

*Purchase a "Stomping Grounds" VIP Ticket and the Uber credit is included!

ITEM WINNER DETAILS

If you are the "winning" bidder, you will be notified to visit checkout at the end of the auction with a credit card (Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX).

All "winning" items purchased will be ready for pickup at Loflin Yard at the end of the night. For any items left after the event, please reach out to Mackay Lee to coordinate a day/time to pick up your item(s) from the GSL Administration Building. NO SHIPPING - LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. 

If you do not "win" your perfect item, please consider making a donation to support the GSL Parents' Association, ultimately funding faculty wish lists and supporting other program and facility enhancements.
