Join us in supporting our neighbors working to end the violence in their lives and stabilize their families at our

Awareness & Empowerment Dinner.

We are celebrating the empowerment and comradery of people across East Central MN and Western WI, coming together to raise awareness for the peoples lives lost to domestic violence this year and raise support for our Domestic Violence programs and Shelter.

Registration and Cash Bar Cocktail hour begins at 5pm

Meet Our Speaker:

Tawny Smith-Savage has served as the Violence Prevention Coordinator for the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives Office since 2023. With more than two decades of social work experience, she focuses on areas of mental health, substance use disorder and prevention. Tawny helped establish and coordinate the Statewide MMIR Advisory Council to amplify the voices of impacted families, community leaders and tribal advocates. She provides outreach and awareness on MMIR and is developing a network of advocates to strengthen prevention education throughout the state. She is dedicated to honoring those impacted by violence, providing resources to families of the missing, as well as protect the vulnerable and help lead the path toward justice.
