FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the Gala?
The Totino-Grace Gala is the largest community fundraising event of the year at Totino-Grace. Current parents, past parents, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends of the school gather every November to kick off the holiday season in style. The sense of community and holiday spirit is unparalleled to any other event of its kind!
How do I attend the event?
The Gala will be held at The Depot, Minneapolis on November 22. To attend, you can purchase individual tickets or you can sponsor a table. The silent auction can be viewed online starting on November 20 at noon.
What can I expect at the Gala?
Our Gala guests enjoy a live and silent auction with hundreds of items to bid on at all price points. There is an inspirational program featuring our faculty and students during the three-course sit down dinner while listening to a world class musical performance by a jazz band. Students add to the festive atmosphere by singing carols, selling beads for the Heads and Tails game and helping with the check-out process.
Can I sit with friends?
When purchasing your tickets, you can specify a table or group you'd like to sit with by entering the details in the "Table Seating Requests" box at the bottom of page 2 during checkout. If your friends have already started a table, ask them for the group name they've entered to ensure you're seated together. If you've already purchased tickets and need to make a request, please email: Kelley Beitz.
Want to sit with other freshman parents? Senior parents? Prefer to be with fellow soccer or show choir families? Let us know, and we'll do our best to group you with others based on interests and classes!
What form of payment do you accept?
Your credit card from your ticket purchase is saved in our bidding software, GiveSmart, for future bidding. The Depot is a cashless venue and the bar will be credit only. All raffles will need to be paid for in cash or with a debit card on file.
Can I attend virtually?
There is no virtual program option. The silent auction is open to all for online bidding starting on November 20, at noon.
What is the dress code for the Gala?
The dress code is semi-formal to formal. We encourage red and white attire to match the theme, but no need to buy something new-just wear what makes you feel great!

SMALL CLASSES WITH BIG OPPORTUNITIES
Totino-Grace is more than just a high school. Totino-Grace is a student's best preparation for life: inspiring and faith-filled, rigorous and engaging, creative and collaborative- a school where each student will develop confidence in themselves and their futures.
Totino-Grace's Board of Directors, administration, teachers, and staff members are talented and caring individuals who are dedicated to supporting students' future preparation and success. We have the honor of working on behalf of kids every day, and we take that responsibility seriously.
While providing a superior education, Totino-Grace faculty and staff members faithfully and consistently affirm and uphold the beliefs and teachings of the Catholic Church. We welcome, love, and know each student entrusted to our care and model dignity and respect for each other and for Church teachings.
Totino-Grace's Catholic, Lasallian heritage introduces students to a way of life that provides rigorous academic inquiry, nurtures a concern for the less fortunate, and, most importantly, builds a personal relationship with God. Totino-Grace students are part of a school community that helps students foster a quest to attain their personal best.
We are grateful to our dedicated staff, hardworking students, and benefactors, and are proud to partner with parents and guardians during their student's high school journey.
