It is with great excitement that we welcome you to OLOL's largest fundraiser:

LIGHT UP LOURDES!

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15th 5:30pm

Stadium View Event Center

This event is all about raising funds to build a strong school and community, rooted in our Catholic faith! The funds raised support the students by building a tradition of faith, service, and academic excellence in the De Pere community.

We come together to spend a night enjoying silent and live auctions, raffles, games,

and the grand prize $5,000 raffle.

Over 400 community members come together for fun and to financially support the mission of OLOL.

We hope through this event we can bring the OLOL community together and ensure the education at our school remains top notch.

Please note if you're not able to attend, or know others from afar who may be interested in supporting OLOL, they can utilize this platform to take part in the silent auction or donate.

Light Up Lourdes FAQs

Timeline of Event:

5:30 pm Event Doors Open and Games begin

6:00 pm Silent Auction Opens

7:30 pm Live Auction

9:00 pm Silent Auction Closes

9:30 pm. Grand Prize Raffle Drawing

10:00 pm Event Close- guests can stay to enjoy drinks and music until midnight

Throughout the night there will be 50/50, Games, Bucket Raffle, and Swag to check out.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever makes you comfortable! Our easiest explanation is wear what you'd wear to Thanksgiving.

What should I bring?

If you want to play the fun games we have, or buy 50/50 raffle tickets the night of, bring cash! Otherwise, both Silent and Live Auctions are done online using GiveSmart, which you will be registered for in advance!

*Please note- if paying/checking out on GiveSmart with a credit card, there will be a processing fee applied to the total

Do I have to spend money at the event?

Your ticket includes your meal the night of the event! As much as this is a fundraiser, it is also an amazing opportunity to spend time with and get to know the other families attending Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School!

How does my ticket work?

Key Raffle tickets provide admission for two into the event, as well as one entry for the Grand Prize! If you have people interested in coming, but don't want to buy a raffle ticket, they can purchase general admission (no entry to Grand Prize) for $25/person on our ticket page.

Can I bring my kids?

While we understand finding care for our kids can be difficult, we ask that children stay home. However, if you are still nursing or baby wearing, it is up to your level of comfort if you choose to bring your infant.
