Operation Freedom Paws (OFP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering veterans, first responders, children, and other individuals with disabilities to regain independence and thrive. Through our comprehensive 48-week program, clients learn to train qualified rescue dogs as their own service dogs, tailored to support their specific needs.
In addition to training, clients and their families receive vital wraparound services-mental health counseling, veterinary care for service dogs, food and gas assistance, and temporary housing-all at no cost.
Since our founding, OFP has served over 590 clients, pulled more than 480 dogs from shelters, and supported over 2,700 family members. To all our supporters who make these life-changing services possible: thank you for helping us save lives and heal families.
