Would you prefer to register over the phone?

Online registration is our preferred method of securing tickets to the gala. However, if you would like to register over the phone, please contact Shannon Kekhaev at 314-997-2901 ext. 6424 to note your registration and subsequently mail a check to Westminster Christian Academy. We want this process to be easy and accessible for you and your family. 

Gala Guest Q&A 

What will the evening look like?
6:00-7:00 p.m. - Check-in, hors d'oeuvres, & mingling as you walk down memory lane through 50 years of WCA history.
7:00-8:00 p.m. - A formal dinner & dessert, compliments of Butler's Pantry.
7:15 p.m. - Arrival for our program-only guests to mingle & find balcony seating before the program begins
8:00-9:00 p.m. - Vision sharing from Dr. Mosbacker ahead of a professionally curated program celebrating the fearlessness of our founders, the faith of early families to the fruitfulness of academics, athletics, and the arts. The program will feature masterful storytelling by Mike Rohlfing '05 & will be emceed by Neal Hopson '03 with special performances by Sandra McCracken '95 and other beloved alumni.
9:00 p.m.-10 p.m. - A WCA gathering is hard to end, so continue enjoying every moment with the WCA community! 

What should I wear?
Guests are invited to dress in formal or semi-formal evening attire. Think elegant dresses, suits, or cocktail wear fitting for a golden anniversary celebration. Gold accents are encouraged to honor this milestone occasion.

Will there be food and drinks?
Yes! Dinner guests will enjoy a delightful dining experience, complete with hors d'oeuvres, a seated dinner & dessert. Each guest will receive 2 complimentary drink tickets & then personal preference to pay for additional wine, beer, & signature anniversary cocktails throughout the night. Our program-only guests will enjoy 1 complimentary drink ticket as well. We politely ask that you are mindful of your consumption on this special night.

What if I don't have a full table?
You are welcome to purchase individual tickets & list fellow attendees with whom you'd like to sit. Or you can purchase individual tickets & we will thoughtfully seat you with other guests to ensure you are part of a welcoming and enjoyable group. Simply note any seating preferences when you register.

Will there be an auction?
The goal of this evening is to celebrate God's faithfulness to Westminster over the past 50 years. There will not be live or silent auctions; rather guests will be invited to a renewed call to invest in Westminster's mission for the next 50 years.

Where is the event held?
The Factory is at 17105 N. Outer Forty Road, Chesterfield, MO. Complimentary parking available on site.
