At Make-A-Wish, we know that a wish is more than just a moment-it's a source of hope, strength, and resilience for children battling critical illnesses. A wish has the power to transform lives, bringing joy and inspiration to wish kids and their families while reminding them that anything is possible-even the things that may once have seemed unattainable as flying.

This year, we're adding a Wicked twist to our 4th Annual Celebration of Wishes, embracing the show's powerful themes of friendship, courage, and defying expectations-all of which resonate deeply with the journey of our wish kids. Together, we'll celebrate the movement of believing in something greater and lifting others up along the way.

Join us for a spellbinding evening on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Winterthur Museum, Garden & Library. The evening is chaired by Mark Hutton, Head of Business Banking , M&T Bank, and we are proud to present the Community Wishmaker Award to Incyte. This distinguished recognition celebrates Incyte's unwavering commitment to Make-A-Wish in Delaware and its profound impact on local wish families.

Enjoy an Oz-some night of celebration featuring heavy hors d'oeuvres, fine wines, inspiring stories from local wish kids and families, and a special seated program including a thrilling live auction. You'll even experience the magic of a wish coming true-right in the room.
