Prepared by Chef Ryan Carroll of Wild Events, Program Directors Chef David Menjivar, Chef Tess Wonderling, and Chef Ethan Crook, and the students of CAST's North Fork Culinary Program.
*All proceeds raised will benefit CAST's North Fork Culinary Program, a 12-week restaurant/hospitality workforce development course currently in its 6th year. This annual program provides essential job readiness and skills needed to work in a professional kitchen and restaurant for both adult and youth participants.

About Chef Ryan Carroll:
Chef Ryan Carroll is a Long Island native who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, while also completing exchange programs at West Point and a food wine and agriculture trip to various regions of Spain. From there Ryan has worked in NYC and Long Island for the likes of Chefs Jean Georges, Jose Andres, and more. Ryan is currently Head Chef at Wild Events, his private chef and catering company.
