Welcome to our Annual Auction!
Thank you for viewing and participating in this year's annual auction, where all proceeds go directly back to our school!
This is a vital fundraiser to support our school and students. With the support of our community and partners like you, we have upgraded building security and enhanced safety features, and we have renovated numerous areas of the building and grounds to create inspiring learning spaces to cultivate kingdom-focused learners.
Silent Auction
The Silent Auction is open from 11am, March 10 through 7pm, March 15. ALL BIDS for Silent Auction items will be placed online. Items will be on display Auction evening from 5pm through 7pm.
Silent auction items are indicated by the category "7pm Close" and Lot Nos. that are in the 1000s.
Live Auction
Most items in the Live Auction are available for pre bid from 11am, March 10 through 8am, March 15. ALL REMAINING BIDS for the Live Auction must be placed IN PERSON or via a proxy of your choosing on Auction evening. We will not have a simulcast auction this year, so please join us in person on Saturday, March 15 beginning at 5pm.
Live auction items are indicated by the category "pre-bid" and Lot Nos. that are in the 100s, 200s and 300s.
What Else You Need to Know
Children Attending The Auction
Children are discouraged from attending the Auction itself. Should you bring a child, they should remain with you at all times. This year, we are offering a program for kids. Advanced registration is suggested. Learn more about our kids program, LockedIN, here.
Items, Photos, and Descriptions
We cannot guarantee the accuracy of our stock images and descriptions. You are able to view ALL ITEMS, live and silent, IN PERSON, beginning at 5PM on Saturday, March 15, 2025. It is recommended that you personally view all items you wish to bid on prior to making your first bid.
Bidder Numbers
Bidder Numbers are required to participate in the Live Auction and raffles. Please register for a number at the check-in table. You and your spouse may share the same bidder number.
Choice Out
Auctioneer will allow highest bidder to select the planter box of their choice. Back-up bidder will be given the choice of taking the remaining planter before bidding starts over.
Conditions of Sale
All property is sold "AS IS." Crown Point Christian School makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the property. Any values placed on the property are donor estimates. CPCS will not be held responsible for any property values. By his or her purchase, the buyer waives any claims for liability against either CPCS or the donor of the property or services. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion.
Check Out and Forms of Payment
We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. You may check out online using a credit card or via an auction volunteer at the "Check Out/Holding Room" located outside the Campus Center. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a receipt detailing your purchases from both the silent and live auctions. Please verify your purchases. Keep this receipt for tax purposes.
A Final Note
The IRS has ruled that only the amount paid over the fair market value of any item is considered to be a donation. This amount will be reflected on the receipt.
