Date: Saturday, 15 March 2025
Time: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Location: Congregation Rodeph Sholom, 7 West 83rd Street
Dress Code: Celestial Garden-themed cocktail attire
WHAT IS THIS YEAR'S THEME?
The theme Celestial Garden beautifully intertwines the wonder of the cosmos with the charm of earthly nature- a perfect harmony of the infinite and the intimate. This theme inspires us to dream big and look beyond what we can see, while also reminding us of the importance of nurturing what's right here, within our reach. It's a fitting metaphor for one of our purposes: raising funds to revive the school's beloved kindergarten garden, currently hidden beneath ongoing construction. With your support, we can bring this treasured space back to life, giving our learners a vibrant place to explore, grow, and thrive-a celestial gift for their future.

AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all auction items; however, all sales are final, and items are sold "as-is" and "where-is." All donations, ticket purchases, and auction item purchases are final and non-refundable. . The PS 87 Parents Association (PA) makes no guarantees regarding an item's description, authenticity, condition, quality, or suitability for any purpose. All goods and services are offered and sold by the PA-any inquiries should be directed to the Parents Association.
All auction items have been donated to the PA and are sold by the PA, not the donor. Purchasers may not seek refunds, exchanges, or cash redemptions from donors for unredeemed gift certificates.
Please be respectful of donors. Each item has only one winner-bidders who do not win should not contact donors directly. Winning bidders must treat donated private home stays with care, ensuring no damage and leaving the space clean. Reservations must be confirmed with the donor at least one month in advance or as specified.
All items and services must be used within the designated timeframe and in accordance with donor terms. Gift certificates and parent-donated services should be redeemed promptly. No modifications will be allowed unless explicitly stated on the certificate.
The PA reserves the right to withdraw any item before the sale without liability.
Winning bidders are encouraged to take their items home on auction night. Any remaining physical items may be collected in the PS 87 lobby between drop-off and pick-up from Wednesday to Friday of the following week. Digital items will be emailed to the winning bidder's registered email address.
Full payment is required by Saturday, March 15, 2025. A high bid is a binding agreement to purchase.
Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
