This Valentine's Day, I'm getting Locked in for Love-and I need your help to make a difference for the animals waiting for their forever homes at the Humane Society.

For years, I've supported our local shelter, helping to build a new facility because I saw firsthand how many pets in our community needed a safe place. It didn't take long-24 hours, to be exact-before we knew he wasn't going back. That puppy, Groot, became part of our family. He fills our hearts in ways we didn't even know we needed. He plays with my grandchildren, loves my granddogs, and is the best nap buddy anyone could ask for.

That's the magic of adopting a shelter pet. They don't just need us-we need them too.
