The primary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has double over double bunk beds with an adjacent bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is a washer-dryer within the unit. The Eagle Run complex has two jacuzzies, covered parking, and a community BBQ.

Summer and fall in the Eastern Sierras are spectacular, with warm days and cool nights. The Mammoth area features abundant opportunities for hiking, rock climbing, golf, mountain biking, fishing, and boating.
