4th Annual Mayer Magnet Spring Benefit

Though we sold out, a few more tickets are being released due to demand. Please join us at Mayer's largest social event of the year - the 4th Annual Spring Benefit on Friday, May 8th at Loft 644. Come for date-night or with a group of friends and be ready to have a great time with our fabulous Mayer community! Eat, drink and socialize while bidding on fantastic auction items. Your generosity supports Mayer's amazing students, teachers and programs. Feel free to invite friends, family and new 2015-2016 Mayer families - all are welcome! COME DRESSED READY TO DANCE AND HAVE FUN. NO FORMAL ATTIRE. ENTER LOFT 644 ON ERIE, TO THE RIGHT OF THE BRUNCH SIGN. Your ticket includes dinner, 4 hour premium bar, DJ (bring your dancing shoes) and live auction access. The live auction will begin at 9:00 pm. All silent auction items will close at 10:15 pm on May 8th. We are using Auctions By Cellular (ABC) mobile bidding for all of our online and silent auction items. Once your ticket is purchased, you will receive a confirmation text from ABC. Look for another text alert on April 27th when the online auction opens for bidding at noon - get excited to bid on various items, including kids' projects (both individual and classroom depending on grades), parent and kid parties, silent auction items and the amazing teacher experiences hosted by our own Mayer teachers. On May 8th, don't forget your fully charged smart phone. Upon check-in at the Benefit, you will receive a welcome text from ABC. It is that easy! If you have any questions that evening, just find one of the ABC representatives (in red shirts) who will be helping us during the event. Amazing auction items include Disney passes with 3 night stay at Four Seasons Orlando, 3-night trip to Vegas with restaurant gift certificates & a show, Instant Wine Cellar, Ehrlooms Baubles and Bubbles Raffle - champagne & fine jewelry, fantastic sports & theater tickets, and behind the scenes tour of Teen Vogue in NYC - just to name a few.
