What time should I arrive to the event?
Cocktails and appetizers will be available as you arrive. We recommend arriving between 6:00pm-6:30pm so you have plenty of time to find your table, find your friends, and get to bidding! Salads will be served at 6:45pm and dinner will be served at 7pm. The Silent Auction closes at 9pm.
Where is the event being held?
The event will take place within Yuma Catholic High School's courtyard, 2100 W. 28th Street on Saturday, November 2, 2024. If you are a guest of a Benefactor Sponsor, you have your own VIP check-in line and bar! Please see the VIP check-in area to receive your wristband.
Do I need cash for the event?
Everything can be purchased via bid number! You can add your card ahead of time or vault your credit card upon arrival. We recommend adding your card on file ahead of time so you can expedite the check-in process and bid ahead of time too.
How can I bid on items?
Some items will be available by mobile bid and other items will be exclusively available for attendees. For those attending the event, you will receive your link upon registering your phone number. If you did not receive a link, text "uwyc" to 76278.
