EVENT DETAILS

  • Location: Mychal's Learning Place, 4901 W Rosecrans Ave. Hawthorne, CA 90250

  • Time: Doors open at 6p.m. Be sure to arrive on time to take advantage of food, drinks, psychic readings, and our photo booth. Bingo starts promptly at 7:30p.m. and food will wrap up around 8p.m.

  • Check-In: To expedite your check-in upon arrival, please be sure to confirm your ticket. Look out for an email/text from GiveSmart to confirm your name, contact information, and credit card details. Please be sure to stop at the check-in table to get your table assignment and Bingo sheet!

  • Attire: Please dress in your best Halloween costume, there will be a contest! Entry fee is $15 per person and the costume contest table will be located right next to check-in. If you pre-purchase your entry, don't forget to pick up your glow ring at check-in!

  • Psychic Readings: If you pre-purchase a psychic reading, we will send your time slot tomorrow. Buy ahead to guarantee a reading and make sure you don't waste time in line!

  • Sweepstakes: Enter our Wine Down in Healdsburg sweepstakes! If you pre-purchase $100 or $500 worth of tickets before 10/19, you will receive an extra ticket entry!

  • Driving/Parking: We HIGHLY recommend using ride share services like Uber, Lyft, etc. Extremely limited street parking ONLY, please drive responsibly.

  • Double your Odds of Winning: Donate $50 to double your chance of winning Bingo with an extra sheet for each round!

6-7PM: Food Festival, Drinks, DJ, Psychic Readings, Photos

7-8:30: First 5 Bingo Games

8:30-8:45: Break

8:45-10: Costume Contest and last 5 Bingo Games
