2027 City Builder Award

The City Builder Award is presented annually to someone who has made a significant contribution to the development of St. Petersburg's Urban Center. It is the highest award presented by the Downtown Partnership.

Join us on Wednesday, January 13th from 6-9pm at The James Museum of Western & Wildlife Art as we honor Tom James of Raymond James.

Tom grew Raymond James from a local practice into one of the nation's most prominent financial firms, never leaving the city where it all began. His vision helped make St. Petersburg a place where world-class companies can grow. Tom's decision to keep Raymond James headquartered in St. Petersburg has employed thousands of people and contributed tens of millions of dollars to local tax coffers.  And he has given back time, talent, and financial resource to the arts, healthcare, and other community needs, helping to make our city shine.
