Father Allouez Catholic School's Annual Fundraiser

Thank you for your continued support of Father Allouez Catholic School. We are excited to invite you to FACS presents The Roaring Twenties, our annual fundraiser, on November 9 from 5- 11 PM! Only guests and volunteers 21+ are allowed in the gym.

The festivities include a live auction, silent auction, and raffle. Food and drinks are included with ticket purchase.

Bring Cash

Please bring cash for the cash raffle, to tip the celebrity bartenders and for the 8th grade coat check.

4:00 p.m. Mass at Resurrection 

4:30 p.m. Mass at St. Matthews 

5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Check-in, Dinner and Bar Open

Check-in

Check-in at the Resurrection campus gym and provide the volunteer with your name. Please ensure your mobile number is on file to receive the welcome text message with a personal link to the online bidding page.

If you haven't registered a credit card at the registration table, you will be asked to register a credit card for the evening.

Attire | Check-out

Attire  Guests typically wear attire that goes with the theme. So dress in your best 1920's themed attire.

Check-Out  We accept credit cards. If you are the winning bidder of a package, you must stop at the check-out table and a volunteer will collect your purchases.

New Drink Ticket Policy for the Roaring 20s Fundraiser!

Get ready to experience the glitz, glamor, and excitement of the Roaring 20s at our upcoming fundraiser on November 9th! Here's what you need to know about our updated beverage service:

Two Free Drink Tickets: Every ticketed guest gets two complimentary drink tickets, so you're already off to a great start!

Additional Drink Tickets: Need a little extra refreshment? You can now use your bid number and cash to purchase additional drink tickets. Your favorite FACS teachers will be selling extra drink tickets at the ticket table. Soda is $3, and all other drinks are $5. Please note that the bar will only accept drink tickets, not cash.

Free Bottled Water: Staying hydrated is on the house, with complimentary bottled water available throughout the night.

Bar Rules: Per our agreement with Gerczak Liquor, no carry-in beverages are allowed, but our amazing volunteers will be running bar games, and your favorite teachers will be staffing the drink ticket sales table. Again, cash only for additional drink tickets and bar games!
