Freking Cattle Company retain the cloning rights of all lots selling. Also, retaining the rights of two successful flushes (min 12 eggs) of heifers in the offering unless noted differently on SmartAuctions.

NEW Incentive for 2024!  Champion and Reserve female at the Minnesota State Fair 4-H show will receive a cash price put together by a group of Minnesota Hereford breeders.

Guarantee:
We do guarantee fertility (either a live calf or an embryo) however disposition, quality, soundness, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.  All cattle are property of the new owner once the sale is complete, meaning if they are left here and something unfortunate were to happen to the heifer, it is the buyer's responsibility.  

Feeding & Showing Terms:
The following costs are not designed for us to make money but rather help cover expenses. If you would like for your heifer to stay at our operation, cost per month will be $700 per head. If you would like to stall your heifer with us at Kansas City, Louisville, Cattlemens Congress or Denver, it will be a $200 per day, per head. This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 12 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 12 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 12 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee. To avoid that fee you can send a check by mail to:
