35th Annual Charity Ball

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

Dear Guests, 

I am very excited that you will be joining us for the 35th Charity Ball, A Community of Love, on Saturday, April 20, 2024! We will once again be at the beautiful Shipyards Event Center, 500 Shipyard Way (485 California Avenue for navigational purposes). It will be a night to celebrate CRS, our mission to diminish poverty in Avon and Avon Lake, and all those who support us!

The doors will open at 6:30 pm and the event will feature an open bar, hors d'oeuvres, sit-down dinner, music, dancing, auctions, raffles and more! Valet parking will be available for your convenience. Tickets will not be issued, however there will be volunteers at the front door to assist you with check-in. Dress code is formal/semi-formal. No jeans please.

We will once again be using mobile bidding through GiveSmart so be sure to bring your fully charged cell phone. There will be technicians at the event if you require any assistance.

Silent Auction: The Charity Ball Volunteer Committee is once again planning a fantastic auction! The silent auction is now LIVE. CLICK HERE to view the items and start your bidding!

Raffles: There are some exclusive raffle items like the Diamond Stud Earrings, the Louis Vuitton Bag, a Buffalo Trace Bourbon collection, a men's Shinola Watch, and the Golden Ticket (choice of live auction items). These raffles are being sold ONLY through GiveSmart and you do not need to complete a raffle ticket to be entered. Live Auction:  We will once again have some amazing live auction items this year!  The details of each will be updated on this website soon.. There will be a number of adult group outings, so talk with your friends and come prepared to bid! CLICK HERE for the details on the LIVE AUCTION packages.
