Purchasing Information: If you are interested in an item make sure that your account information is up to date to include a valid credit card and shipping address. Shipping Information: Your item(s) will be shipped to you via USPS for an additional $10. Shipping can be purchased as an "instant item" prior to checkout. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your payment has been received and a staff member has processed your order.

Pick Up Information: Pick up is available at Guest Services located behind Section 222 once the game-day auction has been closed. If you are not at the game pick-up is also available at the Upstate Medical University Arena, Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
