This annual Remembrance Walk offers families and friends the opportunity to honor the memory of a loved one and raise funds to support patient care and services for Ohio's Hospice, benefitting Dayton and Franklin/Middletown Regions. These include community- wide grief counseling and financial assistance for patients under or uninsured. Dollars raised local, stay local!
Registration deadline to guarantee a t-shirt is September 30, 2024.
Memory sign deadline is October 11, 2024.

Individual Walker: $25
Team Walker: $20
Youth Walker (12 & Under): $15
Active Military or Veteran: $20
