This area is located right next to the pool on the 2nd floor of the villa, there is no other property on this hill that features the exquisite views you will indulge in day or night while dining or sipping on your favorite drink.

Excellent ocean views from the living room, dining room, and bedroom.

The master bathroom has an overhead shower and a beautiful Cream Color Cantera Stone wash basin. The room also has two very spacious closets. The entire house has Parota Wood finishes throughout its kitchen, windows, cabinets, closets, etc.

Not an apartment and not a condo, more like a house within a 4-home complex, a villa (in hotel terms)
