Why it matters:
The Event Goals are to bring in $30,000 this year and help fund the mission of expanding the daily equine head count of our program by 2 horses for 2018. If our goals are reached, this would help bring in and re-home 25 or more race horses for the year thanks to just this event!
10% of all restaurant sales that evening will be donated by Molly Malone's to Second Stride Inc.
Bid on auction items with confidence, 100% of all donations go to the care and transition of Thoroughbred race horses in need! This is our annual major fundraiser that helps pay to care for the horses year long. We are a GuideStar Gold Level approved 501C3 not for profit that is volunteer driven. We also are Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance approved and certified by the State of Kentucky in Equine rescue. Check us out on our website: www.secondstride.org.
This is a come as you are dress code event. Get a sandwich, have some fun! It's indoors and outdoors, up and down stairs, and lasts for many hours, so comfort rules! However, with Hometown Crowned Royalty in your presence and Press and Photo ops galore, it never hurts to put on your dress up stuff you always want to wear but don't know when!
