Indra K. Nooyi is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo. Previously, she served as PepsiCo's President and Chief Financial Officer and has been with the company since 1994. She holds a B.S. from Madras Christian College, an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta, and a Master of Public and Private Management from Yale University.

Randall Stephenson has been Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, one of the world's largest telecommunications companies, since 2007. Stephenson began his career with Southwestern Bell Telephone in 1982. He received his bachelor's in accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma and Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma.

Richard Fisher is Senior Adviser to Barclays PLC and a Director at AT&T, PepsiCo and Tenet. He is a Contributing Editor at CNBC. Mr. Fisher served as President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas from April 2005 through March 2015. Fisher began his career in 1975 at the private bank of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. He was educated at the U.S. Naval Academy, Harvard, Oxford and Stanford Business School.

Matthew K. Rose is Executive Chairman at BNSF Railway, a freight rail system based in Fort Worth and a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. He served as BNSF President and CEO from 2002 until 2013, having worked his way up through the company since 1993. Rose earned his bachelor's in marketing from the University of Missouri.

Lisa Rose is Founder and President of the 501(c)(3) projectHandUp and The Gatehouse. She has spent the last 20 years in women's ministry leading and equipping women through classes and events. She is committed to establishing The Gatehouse as a model that can be replicated across the nation. She received her bachelor's in marketing from Texas Tech University.
