The Big Mac sandwich and iconic Special Sauce have long been a part of McDonald's history as has Ronald McDonald House Charities. Founded in Philadelphia in 1974, just seven years after the introduction of the Big Mac, McDonald's has shared in the RMHC mission of keeping families close for more than 40 years.

This week McDonald's USA gave away 10,000 limited edition bottles of Big Mac Special Sauce for the first time in the U.S., but not everyone was able to get their hands on one. Those who didn't receive one of the exclusive bottles of iconic Big Mac Special Sauce are in luck because McDonald's has donated one final, very special bottle, #10,001 to RMHC. On January 27, for one day only, RMHC will be auctioning off bottle #10,001 with all proceeds from the auction benefitting Ronald McDonald House Charities.
