We are a family owned and operated gymnastics center. Our coaching staff is made up of husband & wife team - Mike Nanof and Dawn Twaiten-Nanof.

Mike has four decades of high level gymnastics coaching experience all over the country. Dawn has been coaching with Mike for over 20 years, and together they have owned gyms in Minnesota, Wisconsin, & Arizona.

These three very experienced coaches are the only coaches At The Matinee - preschoolers and beginners have the same coaches as the competitive team gymnasts. Because of this, there is a high level of continuity - when your child moves up to the next level, they will not have to re-learn gymnastics techniques to please a new coach - all of our coaches use the same methods.

We are an intentionally compact gymnastics center, and we have all of the training equipment one would expect at a much larger facility - tumble tracks, trampoline, foam pits, strap bar / channel pit, 4 high beams, 3 sets of uneven bars, spring floor, vaulting table, boy's equipment.
