The heated private pool has a shaded deck with table, chairs and 6 new chaise lounges (not pictured).
With its spacious design, "Sunny Duck" offers many places to spread out and escape. The six bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, and common area are decorated with furnishings, light fixtures, and wall hangings that enhance the coastal setting and provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests of all tastes. All bedrooms have smart televisions. Open concept top floor consists of kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining, king bedroom with ensuite bath and half bath.
There's a game room with pool table, two smart televisions, couch seating, wet bar, full-size refrigerator and 28 bottle wine cooler. The theatre room offers surround sound and lounge seating. A den/study with sofa is available for quiet time - perfect for reading or watching a game on the TV. High speed internet service and a printer allow for some working time if needed. The expansive windows in the great room bring the outdoors in. Kitchen conveniences include a walk-in pantry, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, two sinks, a two-tiered island and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is well-stocked with the equipment you'll need to make entertaining for your family easy and fun. The elevator to all levels offers added accessibility. A grill is located outside on the bottom level for family barbeques.
