Terms of Use Blackout Dates:

A minimum of 60-days booking notice is required. Reservation date requests are subject to availability. Blackout dates include the weeks of: March Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Excluding experiences tied to specific dates, you must book your experience within one year of the date you won your experience.

This accommodates two adults, and two children 12 years or younger at the time of travel. An $8 USD per night Resort Fee applies; to be paid by the guest directly to the resort at the time of booking. Resort and Environmental Fees (TBD) are not included and are to be paid by the guest directly to the resort upon check-out. Room type/name may vary between the times of purchase and travel dates.

Further, you must travel for, or otherwise take your experience within eighteen months of the date you won your experience. Your experience is non-refundable and may not be transferred or resold. Airfare and airport transfers are not included. By redeeming your certificate and taking your experience, you agree that the supplier and/or booking agency is not the provider of any components of your experience (e.g., flights, lodging, tours, activities, meals, etc.) and will have no responsibility or liability in connection with any of the components of your experience or your experience as a whole.
