What's Included in the Feasibility Study:

• Two (2) hour in-person discussion with the Architect
• Site visit within 30 minutes of office (other than primary residence)
• Comprehensive review of municipal ordinances and adopted building codes.
• For existing properties, evaluation of the existing structure, identifying renovation or expansion possibilities.
• For vacant parcels or existing parcels to be developed, review of existing utilities, recommendations for reuse and/or redevelopment.
• Ideal for development, renovation, or expansion
• Report provided with observations, recommendations, and site plan identifying buildable area and lot coverage area.

What is not included:

• Architectural plans and/or designs
• As-built documentation
• Structural calculations
