The donor dam of this mating, Henrietta Pride 306G, sold in the 2021 Pembrook Fall Sale to Rocky Mountain Angus before joining the Pollard herd from the 2023 Denim and Diamonds Sale. 306G is out of a direct daughter of 643T that combines the legendary Vintage donor 8809 with the Henrietta Pride Family, to yield a visually impressive female with a pedigree that features two of the most prolific producers of Angus sires in recent times who are two of only a handful of females in the history of the Angus breed to exceed $6 million in progeny sales.

The sire of this mating was the lead-off and $90,000 two-thirds interest top-seller of the 2020 Baldridge Bull Sale. Jud Baldridge says that in terms of multi-trait strength, completeness, and balance, Goalkeeper ranks as one of the best bulls ever offered from his program.
