Restrictions: The party must be scheduled a minimum of two months in advance for a mutually-agreeable date on a Sunday through Thursday at the Quirk Hotel Richmond. The party may be scheduled only during the Q Rooftop Bar seasonal operating period (April 15 to October 15, 2024), weather permitting. Holidays are excluded. Other blackout dates may apply. The party is limited to two hours and must be completed by 9 p.m.
