Enjoy a two-night weekend stay for up to eight people in a private home located on historic Carter's Creek in Irvington, Virginia. You'll also receive overnight petsitting services for two nights compliments of Premiere Petsitting.

• The main house has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The adjoining 1950s cottage includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is attached to the main house via the garage. Both homes feature fully-outfitted kitchens.
• Take in sunrises and sunsets on the private dock or the expansive deck. Enjoy bikes, canoes, and paddle boards (available on the property), explore the quaint town of Irvington (a five-minute walk), or visit the historic Tides Inn.
• This is the perfect river getaway for couples or a group of friends.

Restrictions: Travel must occur before November 4, 2024, and for scheduling purposes, dates must be mutually agreed upon with the homeowners and determined by March 4, 2024. Holiday travel is excluded, and other blackout dates may apply. No pets please. The motor boat on the property is not available for use. Petsitting services are for two consecutive 10-hour overnight stays plus two daytime visits OR two consecutive 12-hour overnight stays. Petsitting services are not redeemable on holidays and the purchaser must be within the greater Richmond area.
