About the Classes

Fastbreak Kids: Ages Kindergarten through High School
Through the fundamentals of Basketball and Flag Football, our unique approach celebrates the love of sports and gives kids the competitive edge in a fun and playful atmosphere. We have developed training techniques and methods that provide an incredible experience for children as they hone their skills through play.

Fastbreak Kids: Ages 2 through 5
Fastbreak Kids is our multi-sport program designed to expose younger children to a number of different age-appropriate skills and sports. Our unique programs are designed to improve agility and instill a love of team play. Every 2-3 weeks kids try a new sport including baseball, basketball, soccer, flag football, and floor hockey.

About the Center
Fastbreak Sports is a youth sports center in NYC where kids and teens improve their athletic abilities, get teamwork skills, and have a great time. Our unique coaching methods are designed to instill self-confidence and teach leadership skills that will last a lifetime. We provide classes, teams and leagues that are perfect for kids who want to learn to pass and shoot, to throw and catch, or who just love the wonderful world of sports. We've trained 2,000 young athletes and counting!

About the Coaches & Curriculum
Our coaches are energetic, caring, highly trained, and, above all, professional. In our classes and on our teams, we strive to instill the importance of hard work, working together as a team, gracious winning AND losing, celebrating successes and learning from mistakes. Our coaches realize that as role models, they are helping to build character, not just athletes.

Our specially designed curriculum provides young athletes of all ages with a healthy combination of skill development, competitive play, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Our "Fundamentals First" philosophy and a high coach-to-child ratio ensure that each child will improve at his or her own rate. With our unique approach, kids have a fantastic time playing and parents have a fantastic time watching!
