Inside the gates of the W Hotel Punta de Mita, lies this contemporary villa masterpiece. The luxurious villa is located beachfront in the gated community and features floor-to-vaulted ceiling windows, ample natural light, and incredible custom artwork.

The villa's 5 suites each feature a king-sized bed, expansive ensuite bath, private sitting area, and outdoor access to take in the stunning views. The master suite encompasses the top floor and includes an office, fitness center, 2 baths, wine cooler, and private patio overlooking the saline infinity pool.

The 4-night stay comes fully staffed with a professional onsite concierge, housekeeping, security, and a qualified chef to prepare breakfast and dinner - the best way to experience authentic Mexican fare! The chef's kitchen is adorned with subzero appliances perfect for your intimate dinners or lively parties. The dining room features a 10-seat dining table and opens to additional breathtaking views.

Our chef will prepare breakfast and lunch from 8am - 4pm according to your desires or you are welcomed to experience some local specialties. Guests can also pay extra for dinner service and weekends using other cooks that will be recommended by our staff.

The villa is walkable to Los Veneros Beach and includes access to W Hotel dining. The villa is less than a 1000-meter walk to private tennis courts. Rackets, yoga mats, and pool toys are all on-site with gym, washer, and dryers available. A 6-person golf cart is included.

Terms & Conditions

• Winner has 12 months to book and 24 months to use. Subject to availability. Nights must be used during one stay.
• Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.
• If property, activity, or service is no longer available at the requested time of stay, a substitute property, activity, or service of equal or greater value will be provided.
• Provider is not liable for providing alternative accommodations if the preferred travel dates are unavailable.
• Blackout dates: weeks of Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter, and Spring Break.
• Cost of groceries not included.
