Come and experience F45 Training's life changing workout programing, expert coaching and team training environment. We recommend that you book one strength and resistance class (Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday), one cardio class (Monday or Wednesday), and one hybrid class (Friday or Saturday) for your 10 sessions within a 2-month experience.

You can now find Amy Silverman (HWIS Parent, Mandarin Grades 4 & 1), Kate Fletchall (HWIS Parent, Mandarin Grade 1 & Preschool 2A), Seajin Huh (HWIS Parent, Mandarin Grade 4), and Yelin Wen (HWIS Parent, Mandarin Grades 4 & 1) in multiple classes at F45 Lincoln Square South throughout each week. You could also catch Arpit Srivastava (HWIS Parent, Mandarin Grade 4) in their studio as he has already been an F45 enthusiast for over two years.
